Custom fabric flags and outdoor banners are produced in-house at Print Haus and distributed nationally from the Melbourne headquarters. Fabric flags are printed using dye-sublimation onto high-performance flag fabrics and are offered in Feather, Teardrop and Rectangle styles across three standard sizes. Each flag system is supplied with hardware as standard and is suited to events, retail storefronts, exhibitions and outdoor promotional activations across Australia. Standard turnaround is 3 working days once artwork passes preflight.
Feather flags have a curved top that allows the graphic panel to move freely in the wind, making them highly visible in outdoor environments. The tapered shape keeps the fabric in constant motion and reduces flag wrap-around in variable wind conditions. Feather flags from Print Haus are available in three standard sizes:
Single-sided flags are printed on 110gsm Lightweight Flag Fabric. The open-weave construction allows airflow through the fabric while maintaining vibrant colour visibility. The graphic printed on the front will appear reversed on the back. Single-sided flags are well suited to outdoor use where movement and wind permeability are important and viewing from one primary direction is expected.
Double-sided flags are printed on 145gsm Silverback Satin Flag material, which produces a double-sided graphic with improved opacity and colour presentation on both faces. This option is recommended where messaging must be clearly visible from both directions, such as at road entries, event perimeters and high-footfall retail positions.

Every flag system is supplied with a complete hardware kit including the pole system, ground spike, sleeve and carry bag, removing the need to source mounting components separately.
A free mockup showing the submitted artwork applied to the selected flag style and size is provided before the order proceeds to print. Mockup requests are returned within the same business day.
Standard production is completed within 3 working days once artwork passes preflight. Orders are dispatched with tracked freight and delivered nationally.

A feather flag has a curved profile that allows the fabric to move freely in the wind, which improves visibility in outdoor conditions. A teardrop flag has a rigid curved top arm that holds the graphic under tension at all times, making it better suited to low-wind and indoor environments where consistent graphic visibility is needed.
Feather flags are available at 2400mm, 3450mm and 4700mm. Teardrop flags are available at 2200mm, 3500mm and 4800mm. Rectangle flags are available at 2100mm, 3000mm and 4200mm. All sizes are measured at the full height of the assembled system.
Every flag system is supplied with a black pole system, ground spike, black sleeve and carry bag as standard. Optional upgrades include a 4kg Cross Base and a 10kg Square Base Plate for hard surface installations.

Yes. Feather and rectangle flags can be used in indoor and outdoor settings. Teardrop flags are particularly well suited to indoor environments because the rigid top arm holds the graphic under tension without relying on wind. For outdoor ground installation, a ground spike is included as standard. For hard indoor or outdoor surfaces, the optional cross base or square base plate is recommended.
Print-ready PDF files are preferred, with bleed and crop marks included. High-resolution JPEG files are also accepted. The Print Haus pre-press team handles CMYK conversion and file preparation as part of the standard artwork setup process. A free mockup is provided before production commences.
Yes. The fabric graphics and pole hardware are designed for repeated assembly, disassembly and transport. Replacement fabric panels can be ordered separately to update artwork between events or activations without replacing the full hardware system.
The ground spike included with each flag system is designed for installation in grassed, soil or soft ground surfaces. For hard surfaces such as concrete, pavement or indoor flooring, the optional 4kg Cross Base or 10kg Square Base Plate is recommended.
